Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Find quick answers regarding order MOQs, custom molding, materials, and international shipping.
1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For in-stock standard seals and O-rings, there is NO MOQ limit. You can order any quantity you need, whether it is a small trial quantity or a large production run.
2. Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we provide free samples for standard sizes so you can test the quality and dimensions before placing a bulk order. Please note that buyers are responsible for covering the international express shipping cost.
3. What is the lead time for order dispatch?
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 48 hours upon order confirmation.
- Sample Molds (Prototype Tooling): 3 to 5 business days.
- Production Tooling (Bulk Tooling): 7 to 10 business days.
4. What rubber materials do you manufacture?
We work with a wide range of high-performance elastomer materials tailored to your specific application environment (temperature, chemical resistance, pressure):
- NBR (Nitrile Rubber / Buna-N)
- FKM / Viton (Fluoroelastomer)
- EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)
- Silicone (VMQ)
- HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile)
- PTFE (Teflon)
- FFKM (Perfluoroelastomer for extreme chemical & heat applications)
- PU (Polyurethane)
5. How can I request a custom molded rubber seal or O-ring?
For custom dimensions or specialized geometry, we require technical engineering drawings (e.g., CAD, STEP, IGES, or PDF) or physical samples for mold design evaluation. Tooling fees apply for customized molds, and we will provide a detailed quotation after reviewing your drawings.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
- Bulk Production Orders: Wire Transfer (T/T Bank Transfer).
- Sample Freight & Small Orders: PayPal and other online payment methods are accepted for quick processing.
