  1. User Accounts
    If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.
  2. Products and Services (B2B & B2C)

Standard Products: We strive to display the colors and specifications of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be completely accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice.

Custom Orders (OEM/ODM): For custom manufacturing, buyers must provide accurate drawings or samples. Prototyping and mass production will strictly follow the confirmed samples. Custom orders are generally non-refundable unless there is a critical manufacturing defect on our part.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Certain B2B wholesale or custom items may be subject to Minimum Order Quantities as stated on the product pages or corresponding quotes.

  1. Pricing and Payments
    All prices are subject to change without notice. For B2C retail orders, payment must be completed at the time of checkout. For B2B wholesale orders, payment terms (such as T/T, L/C, or advance deposits) will be explicitly stated in the formal Proforma Invoice (PI) provided by our sales team.
  2. Shipping and Delivery
    We arrange international shipping globally. Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, extreme weather, or courier issues. For B2B orders, Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF) will apply as agreed upon in the contract. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
  3. Returns and Refunds

Standard Retail: We accept returns of standard, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Wholesale/Custom: Due to the nature of customized rubber products and bulk wholesale, returns are only accepted if the products deviate significantly from the confirmed sample or technical drawing. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the cargo.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall VanyTol, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website. VanyTol shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or the application of our products.
  2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the international trade laws and local laws of our operating region, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in for the resolution of any disputes.
