Material Advantages
- Excellent Weather & UV Resistance: Outstanding stability against ozone and UV radiation. It will not crack or degrade during prolonged outdoor exposure.
- Steam & Hot Water Performance: Maintains exceptional sealing integrity in hot water and low-pressure steam environments up to +130°C.
- Chemical Resilience: Highly resistant to polar solvents (ketones, alcohols), glycol-based brake fluids, diluted acids, and alkalis.
Ideal Applications
- Plumbing systems and water filtration components
- HVAC equipment (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
- Automotive cooling loops and braking systems
- Outdoor electrical enclosures and environmental weather-seals
⚠️ Important Compatibility Note
EPDM rubber is strictly NOT compatible with petroleum-based oils, mineral oils, greases, or hydrocarbon fuels. Exposure to these media will cause rapid swelling and sealing failure. For oil-resistant applications, please check our NBR or FKM (Viton®) lines.
